Junior Certificate and Leaving Certificate August Revision Catch Up Classes 2022
During the month of August Drogheda Grinds Academy is running a series of 1 day intensive classes for 2nd years going into 3rd year and 5th years going into 6th year. These one day focused intensives are a chance for students to review their previous years work in the context of what is coming up in their state exams in June 2023. The class will provide topic based revision and give students an understanding of where the gaps are. It will also help them prepare for their upcoming exam year and what they need to focus on. These intensive days will be accompanied with extensive notes, study revision plans and what to expect in June 2023. There are only 12 places on each Junior Certificate day and 14 on each Leaving Certificate day so there is sufficient time to review where each student is.
Junior Certificate Classes are 1 day intensive days and Leaving Certificate Days are broken into topic based days. These are listed below. Please note there are very limited spaces on each day during August so booking by the end of May is essential to secure a place (Deposit of 50 euro is required). These classes are perfect for students that don’t want to do weekly grinds during the term or just need an assessment of where they are academically and what is required for the coming year. All attendees will receive a free 3 hour study skills seminar place worth 25 euro. The cost for the 1 day classes is 95 euro that also includes notes, and subject exam papers.
